The space
This idyllic villa offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a necessity for those who want to combine vacation with inspiration & work in a quiet environment. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, oven & stove, cookware, fridge, dishwasher). In addition, there is a spacious living room, a Plasma TV, and a bathroom (with bathtub and care products). The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. On the upper floor of the villa, there is a bright room with a queen double bed as well as an en suite bathroom (with shower and care products). The house has a private 800 sqm garden, while the villa is located in the beautiful green Sani forest. The guests have unlimited access to our shared swimming pool & private parking.
Neighborhood description
Sani is an ideal destination for your summer vacations, offering beaches that have been awarded the Blue Flag & Michelin-starred restaurants. The crystal clear waters and sandy beaches of Sani Club Resort are a 5-minute walk from the villa. Sani Marina, that has many popular restaurants and bars, is less than a 5-minute drive. The closest village (10-minute drive) is Nea Fokea, with excellent Greek cuisine restaurants, such as Massalia. This area has numerous shops/super markets with fresh products, beach accessories and books/magazines.
